Highly sensitive collision detection

If the robot arm or end effector interfere with peripheral equipment, the robot detects it and stops instantly. A serious damage of robot arm and equipment is avoided and a production can be recovered quickly. The special protection device for end effector can be eliminated.

 


 

 

ROBOTLINK Simultaneous Motion

ROBOTLINK allows collaborative job by multi-arms together, so as to handle or to transport a longer workpiece or a heavier workpiece. Special transfer machine can be replaced.

 


 

 

Cartesian Softfloat

The robot detects the external force and can follow to the force direction. Unloading a work piece from die-cast machine, the robot handles the workpiece flexibly ejected.

 


 

 

Accurate Path

Trajectory of the robot tool center point keeps constant independent from its speed. So, it is easy to verify taught path at low speed. Corner distance of taught path can be specified in a program and it is easy to adjust taught path. Accurate path is quite productive for application with high speed accurate motion such as dispensing and sealing.
